The Transporter 1 house?

Could someone please tell me where exactly franks house in the
transporter 1 is i know some places it says cassis, bouches du rhone,
but i have looked on google maps and examined the film where you see
the house and then the inspector says have you been to the city
recently meaning the city Nice, which is strange because cassis is no
where near Nice but on imdb it says house location as cassis? And even
when the inspector is talking to franck at franks house you can see it
is right next to the coast and then the inspector goes on to say ' I
love nice, the women are better than the LOCAL variety' so this hints
that he lives near Nice and not in cassis because cassis is near
marseille and you would not drive 50 or so miles from marseille to the
other side of nice so i p am pretty sure the house is near Nice
perhaps in eze village or villefranche but can someone help me locate
it!
